Great app but I cant access what I paid for!

This app is a amazing tool as I rehabilitate post stroke! I am disappointed as I have paid for all the options so I dont have to use a shuffled training program; unfortunately I cannot access this and Im asked to pay.
I just sent in a support request and was directed to a German site without a translate option.
My German is a bit better for it.
